Questions
Everything you
need to know.
The questions people actually ask, answered plainly. If yours is not here, the house answers email within 24 hours.
01
What you receive.
Do I get printed cards in the post?
No. You receive files — print-ready PDFs at 300 dpi for a local printer, plus digital versions for screen, email and social. Nothing is printed or shipped by us. That is deliberate: it lets you print locally at whatever quality and budget suits you, on paper you have touched, without international shipping on a deadline.
What exactly is in a suite?
Three, six or nine designed pieces depending on your plan — invitation, menu, place cards, signage, programme and more. The house recommends which pieces suit your occasion, since a launch does not need place cards. Every piece is listed on the stationery page.
What formats do the files come in?
Print-ready PDF at 300 dpi with bleed and crop marks, plus a print specification guide your printer will ask for, plus digital versions sized for screen, email and social. Social assets are included on every plan.
02
Time and process.
How long does it take?
Two moodboards within 48 hours of your brief. Then 3–5 business days from the moment you choose one to your finished suite. Revisions are on top of that, and most take a day or two.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. There are no consultations and no meetings at any point. The brief is a form that takes about ten minutes and saves as you go. Clients work with the house from every time zone.
How many changes do I get?
Two rounds on every piece, included at no extra charge. Asking a question does not count as a revision — there is a separate message channel for that, so you are never choosing between asking and revising.
When should I start?
For a wedding, most people begin four to six months before the date. For a dinner or a launch, a few weeks is plenty. Once the house has your date it works the mailing calendar backwards and tells you what is due when.
03
Price.
What does it cost?
Flat pricing from $149, published in full on the pricing page. Six occasion families each with three suite sizes — no quote required and no consultation before you can see a number.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once, per event. Nothing renews and nothing runs in the background afterwards.
What does the guest platform add?
It is a paid addition on any plan, priced by guest count — 200, 500 or 1,000 guests depending on suite size. It adds the guest list, RSVP tracking, seating, the event website, guest messages and per-guest personalised invitations.
What if my event is very large?
Above 1,000 guests, or multi-day, or otherwise unusual — the event is scoped personally and priced to it. Talk to the house.
04
Guests.
Can guests reply without making an account?
Yes. Each guest gets a private link that is theirs alone, or scans the code printed on their own card. No account, no password, no mailing list.
Do you sell or share guest data?
Never. Guest details are used to run your event and nothing else. They are not sold, shared or enriched from outside sources, and messaging stops when the event is over.
Can I add the guest platform later?
Yes, at any point — including after your designs are delivered. Your approved design is what the personalised invitations and the event website are built from.
