Eleven pieces · Seven carry a name
Every piece below is the delivered artwork, not a mock-up of it. The panel is live: put a name in it and watch each piece that carries a name take it, exactly as it does in a real print run.
The pieces that read the same for the whole room carry no name at all — and we say so.
Not decoration — every one of these has a job, and they are the same inks the pieces below are printed in.

The front is left bare for the calligrapher — the brief asks for hand addressing. Everything printed sits on the flap: the M&T mark, both names, and 27.5mm of barra.
The specimen above is the delivered artwork, with its real copy. This piece IS personalised: the suite ships a platform edition of it, and that is the file set for each guest.
{{GUEST_NAME}}{{POSTCODE}}{{CITY}}{{COUNTRY}}
Each guest's own code — live, and it scans. No piece in this suite carries a zone for it, so it reaches the guest through their personal link.
No type at all. The liner is the barra at its deepest reading in the paper set — 57mm of terracotta soaked into the fold, so the colour arrives before a word does.
It reads the same for the whole room, so it prints once.
no placeholders
The first piece anyone holds. Both names, the date written out in full, the estate, and one line of promise — an invitation to follow — over a 28mm barra.
The specimen above is the delivered artwork, with its real copy. This piece IS personalised: the suite ships a platform edition of it, and that is the file set for each guest.
{{GREETING}}{{GUEST_NAME}}
The master object, and the only symmetric card in the set. Four clusters on the spine: the families’ line, the names, the invitation, the logistics. 46mm of barra.
The specimen above is the delivered artwork, with its real copy. This piece IS personalised: the suite ships a platform edition of it, and that is the file set for each guest.
{{GUEST_NAME}}{{DRESS_CODE}}
The smallest trim here, and the only piece meant to be written on. A name line, accept or decline, and room for anything the kitchen should know.
The specimen above is the delivered artwork, with its real copy. This piece IS personalised: the suite ships a platform edition of it, and that is the file set for each guest.
{{GREETING}}{{GUEST_NAME}}{{RSVP_QR}}
Dinner at the long tables, family-style. Four movements — to begin, at the table, to finish, to drink — with dietary marks set beside each dish, not in a legend.

{{GUEST_NAME}}{{DIETARY_NOTES}}
The day at Freixo do Meio, hour by hour: the ceremony on the threshing floor at half past four, oil and wine under the holm oaks, dinner at seven.
It reads the same for the whole room, so it prints once.

A tent card scored across the middle to 90×55mm, one guest to a card. The barra is down to 5mm — a trim line under a name, as quiet as this terracotta gets.
This piece already carried a guest's name — it shipped showing real ones. The platform simply sets each guest's own.
{{GUEST_NAME}}
Eight tables named for Alentejo towns rather than numbered — Monsaraz, Arraiolos, Estremoz, Marvão — each with its number kept small underneath.
It reads the same for the whole room, so it prints once.
no placeholders
The barra at architectural depth: 183mm of terracotta across a 610mm board. Above it only the welcome, the two names, the date and the estate.
It reads the same for the whole room, so it prints once.

Find your table. Every guest set under their town in the same EB Garamond the invitation gives the couple, sized for a reader who is standing.

{{SEATING_CHART_TABLES}}
Deep blind deboss on cork-flecked cotton — a bite you feel before you read a word. The envelope opens and the card is drawn out; then it stops, because this suite's own instruction is that the object is still.
Delivered alongside the printed piece, from the same approved design. Silent, by house rule.
Every impression below is the same delivered file — Place Cards — with a different guest's name set into it, exactly as it comes off a real run. Not a mock-up: it is the piece shown above, personalised by the same code. The names are examples.
12 guests shown across 2 sheets. A real list simply continues — one run, one file per guest.
At the guest's own link the platform renders Invitation — this file, not a separate digital version — and adds a reply panel to it. On the left, as it prints, with no trace of the panel. On the right, as it opens.
The panel is injected by the platform, not drawn by the design, and the printed card carries no trace of it. The right-hand state shows how it reads; for the platform to compose it into this piece, the file declares the empty container the Living Invitation expects.
The eleven designs above are delivered as print-ready files — at the true trim size, with the backgrounds and the fonts the printer expects. The seven that carry a name become a personalised file for every guest on the list.
Seven of the eleven pieces carry a name. The rest read the same for the whole room, so they print once — and each one says so.
Each guest's own code opens their own page. The same code, read at the door, marks them arrived — so the host knows who is in the room without a clipboard.
The Seating Chart above is set from the guest list, not typeset by hand. Put a name in the panel and it takes its place on the board itself — because the board is the list, typeset.
The same card, at the same guest’s link, with a reply panel drawn into it. Not a separate digital version in a different style — the design itself, continued. It is further down this page, in both of its states.
Three documents travel with the designs on every commission — the identity written down, the sheet the vendors work from, and the suite cut for social. All three are below: the real files from this project, open in the page.
Included with every plan, at every size — not an upgrade.
The palette, the typefaces and the motifs of your event, set down in one place — with the finished suite shown together as a spread.
